Experienced Veterinary Technician Needed – Experienced (CVT Preferred, Not Required)
Compensation: $20–$25/hr (negotiable based on experience)

What You’ll Do
Perform high-quality technical work, including:
Venipuncture
ICU/emergency triage and treatment
Anesthesia monitoring
Collaborate effectively with multiple doctors and adapt to different working styles
Deliver exceptional client communication and customer service
Assist with conflict resolution among staff and clients when needed
Support a positive workplace culture rooted in respect, teamwork, and patient-centered care
Requirements
Prior experience as a veterinary technician; CVT strongly preferred but not required
Demonstrates leadership skills and comfort with training and mentoring
Strong problem-solving abilities in both routine and emergency situations
Flexible availability — weekends, holidays, and occasional on-call required
Willingness and ability to work overtime when needed
Excellent communication skills with both clients and team members
Compensation & Benefits
$20–$25 per hour, based on experience
