Forest Hill Heights is seeking a PRN (as-needed) Receptionist to provide coverage in our Assisted Living and Memory Care communities. This position offers flexible scheduling based on operational needs, with shifts available during the following hours:

- 7:30 AM - 2:30 PM
- 9:30 AM - 3:30 PM
- 2:30 PM - 8:00 PM

- Monitoring the community call bell system
- Answering and directing telephone calls
- Greeting residents, visitors, and family members
- Providing excellent customer service and support to residents and guests
- Assisting with general reception and administrative duties

- Professional and welcoming demeanor
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Dependable and flexible availability
- Compassion for and enjoyment of working with older adults
