Reporting to our Executive Director, the Culinary Director oversees all aspects of dining services, ensuring nutritious, flavorful, and resident-centered meals while maintaining compliance with state regulations, food safety standards, and budgetary guidelines.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute menus meeting nutritional and dietary needs
- Lead, train, and schedule kitchen and dining staff
- Ensure compliance with food safety, health department, and state regulations
- Manage food costs, inventory, and vendors
- Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and service
- Collaborate with residents and leadership to enhance dining experience
- Culinary management experience (senior living or healthcare preferred)
- Knowledge of therapeutic and modified diets
- ServSafe Certification (or ability to obtain)
