What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Manager position at Hamilton Security?
The purpose of this role is to provide Project Management Support for the National Account organization within Hamilton by Gunnebo.
What you will do
Create and deliver sales quote package to customers through appropriate channels.
- Proposal
- Scope of Work (SOW)
- Identify equipment and labor requirements
- Site Survey if applicable.
- Ensure Channel Partner is trained on equipment and customer expectations.
Responsible for reading drawings on new builds and remodels to ensure accurate quoting for all Hamilton solutions.
Oversee project timelines, milestones, and deliverables while coordinating installations and managing channel partner relationships.

- § Customer Service Department Meetings
Project manager handles all issues with installation and is responsible for the overall quality of the installation.
Coordinate installations and maintain communication with channel partners.
Serve as the primary contact for all installation and scheduling needs.
Review service call and installation reports.
Monitor monthly installation performance and identify recurring trends or issues.
Evaluate existing channel partners based on installation, performance, and find new partners in areas where necessary.
Post installation checklist completion.

o Quality control test
Distribute service procedure.
Other duties as assigned.
Position Deliverables
- Ensure projects are completed in a timely manner according to customer expectations.
- Drive the project with meetings both internal and external.
- Work with all groups in Hamilton to deliver expected results.
- Develop relationships with channel partners in US.
- Find new channel partners to help with installs and service.
- Develop processes for implementation of large projects.
- Learn retail and financial businesses as it applies to Hamilton products and solutions.
What you will need
- 4-year degree, or 6-12 Months or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Two or more years of project management experience
- Experience in developing web technologies and software platforms for maximum usability
- Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines
- Proven success working with all levels of management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent presentation skills
Desirable Criteria
- Professional certification such as PMP or PRINCE2
- Experience in developing platforms, ZOHO or similar platform, for internal processes
- Experience in coaching project team members to strengthen their abilities and skill sets
