Overview

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Laser General Laborer to join our weekend shift team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, supporting laser operations and assembly processes. The ideal candidate will be proactive, safety-conscious, and eager to contribute to our production goals.

Responsibilities

• Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials using forklifts and hand tools within the fabrication department
• Ensure output and product meet quality standards and report any issues to the Supervisor and Quality Manager
• Support laser cutting operations by preparing raw materials and ensuring proper setup
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to promote safety and efficiency
• Conduct routine inspections of equipment and report any mechanical issues promptly
• Participate and support 5S activities and Kaizen events.
• Follow safety protocols at all times, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)

Experience

• Previous factory or manufacturing facility experience preferred
• Familiarity with forklift operation and warehouse procedures is a plus
• Mechanical knowledge or experience working with hand tools and power tools is highly desirable
• Ability to work weekends consistently on the designated shift schedule
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and safety standards
