As an Analyst, Product Development you will assist the team in leading the ideation and creation of new funds at Hamilton Lane.

The Opportunity
As an Analyst, Product Development you will assist the team in leading the ideation and creation of new funds at Hamilton Lane.
Your Responsibilities Will Be To
- Prepare and review memos for new product approvals
- Research funds in market for competitive analysis construction
- Prepare marketing testing questionnaire for Client Solutions teams to gauge sentiment on appetite and demand for product terms and strategy
- Collaborate with Legal, Portfolio Management, Client Solutions, Investment, Product and Marketing teams to formulate Product Seeding and Launch Plan document
- Draft and finalize marketing materials for new products in collaboration with investment / product teams
- Document key updates, take aways and action items from weekly development meetings
- Develop understanding of the regulatory landscape of the jurisdictions and structures as they affect each new product
- Build and manage the technology implementation (ie: Monday.com, DealCloud) to streamline the product development and launch process
- 1 Year of Private Markets Industry experience
- Examples of being a self-starter with a drive to excel.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to grasp new concepts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Collaborative with the ability to work effectively within a team.
