The Opportunity
Our Technical Solutions team is responsible for a variety of functions related to the management and operations of our client and investor portfolios, including maintaining accurate performance information, and collaborating with relationship management teams in preparing performance reports and special projects. This team is a new integration between the iLevel and Cobalt sides of our business and will offer ample opportunities for individuals who excel.

Your Responsibilities Will Be To
- Respond to client and fund investor questions and special requests (analyze reports/informational requests), interact with Relationship Managers to ensure that the required level of client service is provided.
- Prepare daily, monthly, quarterly and annual reports for clients.
- Maintain a working knowledge of assigned client portfolios and the investments within these portfolios.
- Work within a team to produce client deliverables leveraging various resources within the firm.
- Maintain a working knowledge of assigned tasks
- Communicate with representatives of investment partnerships to ensure timely receipt of inquiries and financial information.
- Execute daily work and timely completion of assigned tasks per the specific procedures and guidelines to meet internal and external regulatory control requirements
- College degree (B.A., B.S. or B.B.A.) in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, Management, International Business, or related degree.
- 0-3 years of work experience in an accounting/financial industry setting preferred.
- Must be proficient or able to learn Microsoft Office applications, preferably Excel.
- Must be detail oriented and organized and possess good analytical skills.
- Must be able to handle multiple assignments/initiatives.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to operate in a high-pressure environment.
- Demonstrated willingness to learn and high level of accountability.
- Assist with other duties and special projects as needed.
- The ability to work in the US without requiring sponsorship.
