Position Summary
The Client Services team manages all aspects of TIFF’s client service and outreach across its investment programs, partnering closely with client relationship managers, investment professionals, and cross-functional teams to deliver a high standard of service.
The Client Service Analyst supports a broad range of client-facing and operational initiatives for both existing and prospective clients. This role assists in servicing alternative investment products, helps manage day-to-day client interactions, and works closely with teams across the organization to support a seamless client experience. The position also supports business development efforts through client research, proposal preparation, and targeted outreach, while contributing to team initiatives focused on improving processes and enhancing operational efficiency across the client service function.
The ideal candidate is a proactive, client-centric professional with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to navigate complex processes while managing multiple priorities effectively.
Key Responsibilities
The key responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Support the team in responding to and managing client inquiries via email/phone, helping to investigate and resolve requests while escalating as needed.
- Assist with updates and maintenance of client data in Salesforce (TIFF’s CRM) and the secure client portal, ensuring accuracy.
- Engage with fund administrators to track routine client deliverables (statements, transaction confirmations, tax documents, distributions, etc.)
- Support aspects of client meetings, including scheduling and preparing materials (PowerPoint) in collaboration with relationship managers.
- Contribute to components of TIFF’s communication efforts (webinars, events, etc.) including distributing communications, managing registration lists, and tracking advance questions.
- Support client analytics and ad hoc requests, ensuring timely follow-up
- Support business development efforts through prospect research and maintaining targeted contact lists in Salesforce and Marketing Cloud.
- Participate in proposal development and content management, including drafting and reviewing materials, maintaining proposal resources, coordinating timelines, and assisting with developing templates and reference materials.
- Contribute to initiatives that enhance team workflows and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:Qualifications/Skills
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited 4-year university and 0-2 years’ experience in financial services or asset management business preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- High degree of proficiency with Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on the use of Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented role where precision is required.
