Responsibilities:
- Meet one-on-one with patients to present comprehensive treatment plans clearly and compellingly
- Guide patients through the financial investment in their care — fee-for-service, payment options, and third-party financing — with transparency and confidence
- Build genuine rapport that earns patient trust and drives same-day or near-term scheduling
- Follow up with undecided patients with professionalism and persistence — you don't let great treatment plans collect dust
- Partner closely with the doctors and clinical team to ensure seamless hand-offs from the chair to the consultation
- Track and report on treatment acceptance rates and pending treatment
- Patient Advocacy: be a champion for the patient and for the practice
Qualifications:
- Comfortable discussing treatment fees averaging $5,000-$25,000
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi task in a fast paced environment
- High level of accountability and a desire to grow professionally
