Duties
- Assist dentists during a variety of dental procedures including restorations, extractions, endodontics, prosthodontics, and pediatric treatments
- Prepare treatment rooms with necessary instruments and materials, ensuring aseptic technique and infection control protocols are strictly followed
- Take and develop X-rays and 3D scans using advanced imaging equipment while maintaining patient safety and comfort
- Manage patient records using EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems such as Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or Epic, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Perform chairside assisting with four-handed dentistry to optimize workflow efficiency
- Monitor vital signs and medical history to support safe treatment planning for all patients
- Scheduling appointments, updating medical documentation, and managing patient flow
Experience
- 2 years of dental assisting experience required — comprehensive or multidisciplinary experience strongly preferred
- EFDA certification is a significant plus
- Strong clinical skills and the ability to assist confidently across a wide range of procedures

Pay: $22.00 - $32.00 per hour
