We are seeking a professional and organized Medical Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. Duties
- Greet visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner
- Manage multi-line phone systems, screen calls, and direct inquiries appropriately
- Schedule appointments
- Perform data entry, maintain accurate filing systems, and handle document proofreading
- Process patient co-pays and bill payments
- Assist with general office duties
- Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and courteously
- Support administrative functions such as typing correspondence, managing calendars, and supporting personal assistant tasks as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to ensure a welcoming environment
Skills
- Proficiency Advanced MD EHR is a plus, general EHR experience helpful
- Strong computer literacy with experience in data entry, filing, and document proofreading
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Experience with multi-line phone systems
- Previous office experience, including clerical or administrative roles, is preferred
- Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with medical receptionist duties is advantageous
- Personal assistant experience or calendar management skills are a plus
