This is an engaging and rewarding opportunity that plays an integral role within the organization. We are looking for someone who is passionate about working with our participants and contributing to the fight against homelessness. The Case Manager will report directly to the Family Services Manager and be part of the Shelter Program team. This position provides case management to families in the shelter program using various service models. This involves documenting services in real-time, maintaining electronic case records, and collecting monthly compliance reports.
