Their mission critical division is actively growing and they are looking to add an experienced MEP Superintendent to their team to lead field operations on large-scale hyperscale and enterprise data center projects.

Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day site operations on data center construction projects
- Manage subcontractors, site safety, quality, and project schedules
- Coordinate with Project Managers, clients, and trade partners
- Oversee field execution, manpower, materials, and equipment
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget
Skills/Must Have:
- Multiple years of construction field experience
- Superintendent experience on data center or mission-critical projects
- Strong leadership and subcontractor management skills
- Experience with safety, scheduling, and quality control
- Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems within critical facilities
