We are seeking an experienced Fiber Build Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of fiber optic infrastructure projects across PA. This individual will manage projects from planning through closeout, ensuring they are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Working closely with engineering, permitting, construction, field operations, and subcontractors, the Project Manager will drive project execution while maintaining strong communication with both internal and external stakeholders. As well as involving end-to-end responsibility for FTTH/FTTx deployment, contractor coordination, scheduling, reporting, and financial management.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full lifecycle of fiber construction projects from kickoff through final closeout.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Coordinate engineering, permitting, construction, and restoration activities.
- Lead subcontractors and field teams to ensure work is delivered safely and efficiently.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement recovery plans where necessary.
- Track project costs, change orders, forecasts, and overall financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, customer requirements, and all health & safety regulations.
- Conduct regular project meetings and provide progress updates to leadership and clients.
- Review as-built documentation and ensure all project deliverables are completed accurately.
- Build strong working relationships with municipalities, utility companies, customers, and internal departments.
Requirements
- Years of Project Management experience within fiber, telecommunications, utilities, or infrastructure construction.
- Experience delivering FTTH, FTTP, FTTx, or OSP fiber projects.
- Strong understanding of underground and aerial fiber construction.
- Experience managing subcontractors, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally as required.

Salary : $85,000 - $100,000
