Responsibilities:
- Develop and Nurture Customer Relationships: Strategically develop and maintain strong relationships with customers. Work closely with customers to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions that drive mutual growth and strengthening partnerships.
- Proactive Customer Engagement: Utilize various channels (email, phone, in-person visits, events) to proactively reach out to potential customers. Engage in meaningful communication to build relationships, understand customer needs, and convert prospects into loyal customers.
- Sales Proposals and Presentations: Preparing compelling sales proposals and presentations that address customer needs and highlight our product offerings.
- Strategic Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential new business customers. Develop strategic approaches to acquire these customers and expand our market presence.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other teams within the company to ensure the smooth delivery of products and services to customers, fostering a seamless customer experience.
- Industry Networking and Opportunities: Attend trade shows and networking events to identify new business opportunities and build valuable relationships within the industry.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the Sales Manager, offering insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Stay Informed on Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats, ensuring our strategies remain competitive and innovative.
- Trade Show Booth Management: Plan, organize, and operate a booth at trade shows, ensuring a professional and engaging presentation that attracts and retains customer interest.
Requirements:
- Experience of Collectible, Toy, CPG industry strongly preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or related field required
- 1 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in a music or toy industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software, with the ability to learn new software quickly
- Ability to travel as needed to attend trade shows and networking events
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
