As the face (and voice!) of our sales department, you’ll be building relationships, solving problems, and driving revenue—all while making our customers feel like rockstars. If you’re a multitasking pro who loves a good challenge, this role is for you!

What will you be doing?
· Customer Superstar: Engage with customers by phone, email, and in person to answer
questions and provide top-tier service.
· Sales Savvy: Identify opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, and maximize sales (no cold calling!).
· Relationship Guru: Build long-lasting connections with customers that keep them coming back.
· Product Expert: Learn the ins and outs of our products and services to help customers find the
perfect solution. We will teach you!
· Problem Solver: Address concerns and work with our team to find solutions fast.
· Showroom Sales: Guide customers in the showroom and match them with the best garage
doors for their needs.
· Tech-Savvy: Maintain proficiency in using personal computers, data entry, and other common
office equipment and software.
What do you need?
· Education: High school diploma required (Bachelor's degree is a plus).
· Experience: At least 1 year of customer service experience required and 2 years of sales experience.
· Skills: Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills are a must. Tech-savvy? Even
better! You must want to talk to people!
· Bonus Points: Multi line phone system and CRM software (don't worry, you have not hear of the CRM program we use, but we will teach you!) And someone who uses and wants to continue to use AI.
Work Hours:
· Monday to Friday: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
· Some Saturday’s from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.
· Trade Shows: Represent us at 1-2 local trade shows per year!
