We are seeking a highly motivated Scheduling and Warehouse Coordinator to join our team at Hamburg Overhead Door, Inc. As an integral part of our service and customer service department, you will play a crucial role in fostering positive customer relationships while coordinating daily service schedules.

Responsibilities:
·        Enter work orders accurately into the scheduling system.
·        Maintain and update tracking spreadsheets for work orders and new jobs 
·        Communicate technician availability and scheduling updates to the department. 
·        Review and verify sales system entries for accuracy; update work orders as needed. 
·        Process and reconcile cash and check payments received from installations. 
·        Organize and maintain physical job files by technician for active/open work orders that were not completed.
·        Maintain and regularly update the employee time-off calendar. 
·        Collaborate with other departments as needed to support operational efficiency.
·        Be an alternate point of contact for delivery companies. 
·        Unload shipments that are received during business hours
·        Check in shipments for accuracy.  
·        Deliver paperwork to the appropriate location for scheduling purposes.
·        Perform additional duties as necessary or as assigned.

Education and Experience Requirements:
·        High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
·        At least 1 year of experience in scheduling, shipping/receiving required.
·        At least 1 year of experience in customer service required. 
·        At least 1 year of experience with Forklifts. Present prior training card

Physical Requirements:
●       Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer, including frequent use of a keyboard, mouse, and phone.
●       Ability to speak clearly and hear effectively in order to communicate with technicians, customers, and internal staff via phone and in person.
●       Frequent use of hands and fingers for data entry, document handling, and office equipment operation.
●       Ability to occasionally stand, walk, bend, or reach to access files, office equipment, or supplies.
●       Visual acuity to read computer screens, review documents, and enter data accurately.
●       Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment with frequent interruptions while maintaining focus and attention to detail.
●       May occasionally lift and move office materials up to 10–15 pounds (e.g., files, paper boxes, office supplies).
●       Ability to lift heavy objects up to 75 pounds.
 
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and some Saturday’s 9 a.m-12 p.m.
