Pay
Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $62,354 – $66,800 / year
In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. What will you do?
- Schedule cage shifts under the supervision of the cage manager and lead team members through planning, work assignments, and performance development
- Manage cash flow and tracking within the cage, maintain accurate cash banks, and balance funds at the end of each shift while investigating variances
- Participate in interviewing, selecting, and training new team members to ensure compliance with laws and procedures
- Prepare daily and weekly reports, monitor ticket redemption machines, and schedule maintenance as needed
- Cross train in all facets of cage operations, including Drop and Count procedures and Main Bank responsibilities
More about you
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in cash handling required with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a supervisory or managerial role
- Must be able to handle large money transactions accurately and reconcile vault impressments
- Flexibility schedule: ability to work normal business hours along with covering shifts as needed; work on call as needed.
- Intermediate experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, data input, record keeping, and Outlook
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a New York State Gaming License
Physical requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally push a trolly weighing up to 100 pounds
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
