What will you do?
- Enforce State Video Lottery regulations and ensure compliance
- Monitor gaming room floor and cash operations for procedural violations and illegal activity
- Utilize audio and video equipment to observe business operations and write timely reports on any violations
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of camera locations, view angles, and ensure proper functioning of surveillance equipment
- Monitor facility intrusion and panic alarms, reporting any deficiencies promptly
More about you
- Minimum of 1 year related experience
- Able to obtain and maintain state gaming license
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to manage crowds effectively
- Computer skills including e-mail, word processing, spreadsheets, routine database activity, and record keeping
- Basic knowledge and/or training in investigations
- No high school diploma or GED required
Physical requirements
- Ability to hear and speak to communicate on two-way radio
- Ability to sit for long periods of time
- Work environment may consist of a dark area viewing video monitors for entire shift
- Able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
