Duties
- Wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment efficiently to uphold hygiene standards
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as chopping, assembling ingredients, and portioning items
- Support the catering team during events by preparing ingredients and maintaining cleanliness in food prep areas
- Ensure all work areas are sanitized and organized according to safety regulations
- Buss tables by clearing plates, glasses, and silverware promptly to maintain a clean dining environment
- Help with general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, and waste disposal in kitchen and service areas
- Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and quality standards are met at all times
