Duties
- Shuck oysters and prepare other raw bar items efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and cleanliness
- Handle seafood with care, ensuring proper storage, handling, and presentation in accordance with health regulations
- Assist in menu planning by providing feedback on raw bar offerings and suggesting fresh ideas for seasonal specials
- Support food preparation and cooking tasks related to seafood dishes, ensuring timely service during busy hours
