About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and people-focused Human Resources Administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to upholding our core values of Accountability, Investment, and Reputation. This role is ideal for an experienced HR professional who is passionate about employee engagement, compliance, and supporting organizational development. The HR Administrator will support key HR functions including workers’ compensation claims, policy maintenance, and coordination of training and development programs

Key Responsibilities
HR Support & Coordination
- Assist in implementing HR strategies aligned with company goals.
- Support organizational development and change management initiatives.
Employee Relations & Compliance
- Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and the employee handbook.
Workers’ Compensation & Risk Management
- Manage workers’ compensation claims, including coordination with insurance providers, documentation, and return-to-work programs.
- Monitor workplace safety and support risk mitigation efforts.
Performance Management
- Support managers in implementing performance review processes and documentation.
- Track and maintain performance-related records and assist with improvement plans.
- Ensure consistency and fairness in performance management practices across the organization.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3 years of experience in an HR role
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Paychex and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
Soft Skills
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Salary : $70,000 - $75,000
