Duties

- Maintain strict adherence to food safety sanitizing procedures and proper food handling practices to ensure a clean and safe kitchen environment
- Assist with menu planning by suggesting new pizza toppings or variations based on customer preferences and seasonal ingredients
- Execute cooking techniques including grilling, braising, poaching, and other methods required for diverse pizza components and accompaniments
- Support the culinary team in meal preparation for catering events or high-volume service periods while maintaining recipe adherence
- Ensure all food production areas are organized, stocked, and sanitized regularly to meet health standards and operational efficiency
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments with a focus on pizza or similar high-volume food production is highly desirable

- Knowledge of food safety management practices, including sanitizing procedures and proper food handling protocols
