Outside Service Technician

Requirements & Responsibilities:

The Outside Service Technician will be responsible for fulfilling the following tasks while:

Traveling:

• Possible nationwide travel.
• Have the ability to understand written instructions and be able to follow step by step procedures without deviation.
• Possess basic mechanical and pneumatic knowledge in order to complete necessary procedures.
• Possess basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
• Perform the necessary tasks required using computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Observe and analyze customers equipment to verify proper installation.
• Perform on-site training for customers.
• Complete call reports completely including taking pictures and supplying documentation after preforming customer training or service calls.
• The ability to perform system installations.
• Provide technical support to customers.
• Perform follow-up visits

In Office:

• Effectively and efficiently document expenses.
• Book travel arrangements including flights, hotel stays, etc.
• Willingness and ability to work on current projects (building, repairs, R&D, etc.)
• Have the ability to understand written instructions and be able to follow step by step procedures without deviation.
• Verbally communicate answers to technical questions with customers on the phone
• Assist In day-to-day visits

Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required)
