We are looking for a Collections Specialist on a temporary basis of 4-6 months in our Dallas, Texas office. This role will support our team with customer collections, having meaningful conversations with our customers in arrears, and driving them to a solution on a single call.
This position is in our offices each day, no remote option. You will work closely with our entire operations team.
\n- Monitoring overdue customer payments and ensuring timely collections of these
- Contacting customers via telephone regarding overdue payments, agreeing on repayment arrangements where necessary
- Ensuring customer relationships are maintained and working closely with the CSMs to deliver a positive customer experience
- Maintain accurate records of customer communications and payment status into the Maxio and Hubspot systems
- Provide administrative support to colleagues and management as required
- Contribute to continuous improvement of administrative and collections processes
- Previous experience in a customer facing role, with customer collections, credit control or accounts receivable is preferred
- Administrative experience and good attention to detail
- Strong communication skills both with customers and colleagues
- Proficiency in Google Suite and IT Systems (Maxio or similar)
