Duties
- Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing excellent customer service and ensuring they feel welcomed
- Manage phone systems, directing calls accurately and professionally using proper phone etiquette
- Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings using tools like Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
- Handle data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain accurate records and organized files
- Assist with office management tasks such as supply inventory, mail distribution, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar software
- Support administrative tasks, including typing correspondence, managing incoming emails, and supporting personal assistant duties if needed
- Maintain a clean and organized environment for the spa, including but not limited to **laundry, dusting, making charcuterie boards, moping and overall cleanliness of the spa**
Skills
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude
- Proficiency in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Time management skills
- Experience with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette standards
