Title: Manager, International Sales

Reports to: Director, International Sales

Primary Location: New York Metropolitan Area (hybrid, with some required meetings in the NYC office)


Position Summary

Halo Dream Inc. is seeking a Manager, International Sales, to lead and grow our business across key global markets within the Americas, EMEA, and APAC regions. This role is responsible for managing and optimizing performance of our existing international distributors while proactively identifying and developing new business opportunities across our four global sales channels: omnichannel retail, marketplace, direct-to-consumer (DTC), and hospitals.


The Manager will drive revenue growth, strengthen distributor partnerships, expand market presence, and support strategic channel development initiatives. Success in this role requires strong commercial acumen, disciplined execution, and the ability to balance relationship management with opportunity creation. The ideal candidate is comfortable working across time zones, experienced in distributor-led international markets, and motivated by building scalable growth across multiple regions and channels. This role is U.S.-based with periodic international travel.


What You’ll Be Doing:

International Sales & Distributor Management

· Own sales performance and revenue growth across assigned international markets

· Manage and develop relationships with international distributors, agents, and key retail partners

· Lead distributor forecasting, annual planning, and quarterly business reviews

· Ensure distributors are aligned with Halo Dream’s product strategy, pricing, and brand standards


Market Expansion & Strategy

· Identify and evaluate new international market opportunities across

· Support distributor onboarding, launches, and go-to-market execution

· Collaborate with internal teams to prioritize markets, assortments, and channel strategies

· Monitor competitive landscape and market dynamics across regions


Execution & Operations

· Drive sell-in execution across product launches and core assortments

· Coordinate with supply chain, customer service, and finance to support international orders

· Manage distributor compliance with MAP, brand guidelines, and reporting requirements

· Ensure accurate forecasting, demand planning inputs, and pipeline visibility


Cross-Functional Collaboration

· Partner with Marketing to align trade marketing, promotions, and product education

· Work closely with Product and Operations to provide market feedback and insights

· Support global pricing, assortment rationalization, and lifecycle management


What We’re Looking For:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field

Experience:

  • 5-7 years of sales experience, including international or distributor-led business (omnichannel environments a plus)
  • Proven success working with international distributors or agents
  • Experience in consumer products, juvenile products preferred
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to manage P&L drivers at a market level
  • Strong forecasting and analytical capabilities
  • Ability to work across time zones with flexibility
  • Up to 25% international travel, primarily for distributor meetings, trade shows, and key market visits
  • Operational mindset with familiarity with global compliance, logistics, and international trade basics a plus

Tech savviness: Microsoft Office; Advanced Excel (formulas, pivot tables, etc..) Business Central ERP proficiency

Salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of our compensation package, which also includes a comprehensive set of benefits and incentives. The base salary hiring range for this position is $100,000 - $120,000, but the final compensation offer will ultimately be based on the candidate's location, skill level and experience.
