Halls Flooring & Tile is looking for an experienced Working Construction Supervisor / Crew Leader to join our growing team.
This is a hands-on working supervisor position. The right person will work alongside the labor crew — performing construction work while also leading, training, and coordinating the crew to keep projects moving efficiently and to our quality standards.
Responsibilities
* Work directly alongside the labor crew
* Lead and coordinate day-to-day jobsite activities
* Train and help develop crew members
* Ensure work is completed correctly, efficiently, and safely
* Read and follow scopes of work and project expectations
* Help keep jobs on schedule and organized
* Communicate jobsite needs and progress with management
* Maintain a professional, clean, and organized jobsite
Experience Needed
We are looking for someone with strong hands-on construction experience, particularly in whole-home renovations.
Experience should include a variety of interior and exterior renovation work, such as:
* Framing & drywall
* Flooring
* Tile installation
* Trim & baseboards
* Doors & windows
* Cabinets & countertops
* Painting & interior finishes
* General remodeling and renovation
* Property Maintenance
The ideal candidate is a skilled, dependable, hands-on leader who isn’t afraid to work alongside the crew and jump in wherever needed.
Full-Time Position | Pay Based on Experience & Qualifications
