We are hiring a Bilingual Field Supervisor (English/Spanish) in Lexington, Kentucky for fiber optic construction projects.
The position involves supervising field work, communicating with customers, and knocking on doors to notify homeowners and coordinate access. Our crews install fiber optic conduit in backyard utility easements, so strong communication skills and professionalism are important.
The supervisor will also be responsible for delivering materials, tools, and supplies to crews in the field when needed and helping keep crews supplied so work can continue without delays.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Able to communicate professionally with customers and homeowners
- Comfortable knocking on doors and explaining construction work
- Able to supervise and support field crews
- Able to transport materials and supplies to crews as needed
- Valid, clean driver’s license
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
- Must be eligible to drive a company vehicle
- Reliable, responsible, and organized
Experience in fiber construction, underground utilities, telecommunications, or construction supervision is preferred.
