We are a leading home textile importer and manufacturer based in Sun Valley, California. We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Customer Service & Order Processing Coordinator to join our growing team. This position plays a critical role in ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently while providing exceptional service to our customers and sales representatives.

Position Summary

The Customer Service & Order Processing Coordinator will be responsible for receiving and processing customer orders, communicating with customers and sales representatives, and managing order-related documentation throughout the fulfillment process. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with a small team.

Key Responsibilities

·         Receive and enter customer orders into our Apprise ERP system accurately and efficiently

·         Review orders for completeness and accuracy

·         Communicate with customers and sales representatives regarding order status, requirements, and any discrepancies

·         Generate and send order confirmations

·         Prepare and print shipping labels, packing lists, and related documentation

·         Generate and distribute invoices

·         Monitor orders to ensure timely processing and fulfillment

·         Coordinate with internal departments to resolve order issues and customer concerns

·         Maintain accurate customer and order records

·         Provide outstanding customer service through phone and email communication

·         Assist with additional administrative and operational duties as needed

Qualifications

·         Previous customer service, order entry, sales support, or administrative experience preferred

·         Experience with ERP systems (Apprise experience is a plus)

·         Strong attention to detail and accuracy

·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·         Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities

·         Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word

·         Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

·         Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
