Housekeeping Supervisor

Currently, we are looking for a Full-Time Housekeeping Supervisor. Responsibilities will include:

• Supervising housekeeping department staff; completing performance evaluations and monthly reports as required
• Coordinating cleaning schedules for multiple residential units; coordinating staff schedules to ensure appropriate coverage
• Responsible for ordering and maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies
• Maintaining cleanliness of facility and following regulatory standards for sanitization
  
  

Compensation: $20-$25/ Hour

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role
• Must have demonstrated ability to: develop, apply and interpret policies and procedures; communicate with high level management skills orally and in writing
• Working knowledge of computers such as email, Microsoft Word & Excel,
• Ability to meet the demands of the work schedule - may occasionally require the ability to work outside of regularly scheduled hours; Schedules may vary based on business need
• Knowledge and experience of cleaning techniques, equipment, and methods for a wide variety of surfaces
• Knowledge of safety practices in the use of cleaning chemicals and supplies is essential
