Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Outpatient Therapist to join our dynamic clinical team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing therapeutic services to clients with a variety of mental health needs. This role involves working collaboratively with clients to develop personalized treatment plans and deliver evidence-based therapies.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health needs.- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client goals and clinical objectives.- Provide individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based approaches.- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment details.- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers.- Participate in case conferences, clinical supervision, and professional development activities.- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.- Provide crisis intervention services as needed and ensure client safety.- Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions and therapeutic strategies.
  
  

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.- Valid and active license to practice as a therapist in Virginia.- 2 years of experience working in an inpatient and outpatient setting.- Proficiency in conducting various therapeutic modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR).- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team setting.- Experience with electronic health records and maintaining clinical documentation.
