Job Description: While working collaboratively in a team environment, the Maintenance team is responsible for the overall maintenance and upkeep of the hotel. They help create a positive and rewarding workplace for employees, contributing to a remarkable guest experience.
Job Duties
- Create remarkable experiences for our colleagues and guests
- Support the overall quality and timeliness of maintenance performed both in-house as well as by contractors
- Maintain, repair, and operate equipment for effectiveness, efficiency, and safety
- Complete and track preventative maintenance and repairs on rooms and equipment
- Assist with and respond to emergencies at the property when directed by management
- Assist in assets and property inventory control
- Adhere to safety and emergency procedures and policies
- Landscaping duties including, but not limited to: lawn mowing, weeding, planting, trimming and edging
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent: at least one-year related experience and/or training required. Hospitality experience preferred
- Flexible schedule with availability to work nights and weekends
- Strong communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and insurable under company policy
- Ability to work alone and in a team environment
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Basic Computer skills
