We are a growing, fast paced business looking for a Staffing Coordinator/Recruiter to help support both our caregivers and client families. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, staying organized, and being part of a collaborative team that is making a meaningful impact.
About the Role
This position plays a key role in the day to day operations of the business. You will help recruit and support caregivers, coordinate schedules, communicate with families, and ensure clients are receiving an exceptional experience.
This is not a traditional desk job. Every day is different, and the right person will be proactive, adaptable, organized, and comfortable handling a fast moving environment.
Responsibilities
- Recruit, interview, and onboard caregivers
- Coordinate caregiver schedules and client coverage
- Build strong relationships with caregivers and client families
- Communicate updates, schedule changes, and staffing needs
- Support caregiver retention and client satisfaction
- Assist with onboarding paperwork, background checks, and documentation
- Help solve scheduling challenges and urgent staffing situations when needed
- Support general office operations and team coordination
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and people skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- Professional, dependable, and team oriented
- Comfortable using technology, email, spreadsheets, and scheduling systems
- Healthcare, staffing, customer service, recruiting, or operations experience preferred
- Experience in home care or senior care is a plus, but not required

Compensation
- Full Time W2
- Starting salary of $60,000 per year
- Additional compensation opportunities available over time based on performance and growth
Schedule
Primarily Monday through Friday during business hours, with occasional after hours or weekend support as needed for urgent staffing situations.
