Role Description The Business Development Manager is a full-time remote role responsible for driving growth and strengthening relationships with families, caregivers, and strategic partners. This position involves identifying and cultivating new referral sources, conducting outreach to potential clients, and presenting Hallmark Homecare’s service model in a clear, consultative manner. The manager will oversee the business development pipeline, track key performance metrics, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize lead generation and conversion. Daily tasks include virtual meetings, follow-up communications, market research, and creating targeted proposals or presentations. The role also includes maintaining strong ongoing relationships with existing partners, gathering feedback to improve services, and representing Hallmark Homecare in online and community-based networking activities.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in business development, sales, or account management, ideally within healthcare, homecare, or related service industries.
- Strong relationship-building, networking, and client engagement skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with families and caregivers.
