Hallmark Healthcare is looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team as our Field Supervisor. The qualified candidate is someone who has previous experience in Home Healthcare and has excellent communication skills.
Required Qualifications:
- Must have two (2) years of experience with the Personal Assistance Services Program.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Speak Spanish
- Have experience with billing with TMHP and Availity
- Microsoft Excel
- Vesta EVV
- Have experience with OIG checks
Obligations and Tasks:
- Supervise all attendants.
- Maintain EVV visits on our proprietary system.
- Carry out all Attendant Orientations.
- Ensure all complaints are reported to the PHC Manager and Administrator.
- Report all significant changes in client circumstances and/or service plan.
- Supervisor must be comfortable in assisting clients with any additional hours and tasks to adhere to company policy.
- Must complete all supervisory visits.
- Certifying that all attendants are executing their assigned tasks and schedule in accordance with their client’s schedule.
- Supervisor is in charge of managing all client files, ensuring all files are up to date.
- Facilitate new attendant hires.
- PHC Supervisor must be comfortable working in a high pace, high-level stress environment.
