Business Analyst – Trust / Wealth Modernization
Location: On-site / Hybrid
Engagement Type: Program-based (T3K → SWP Migration)
Key Responsibilities
- Lead current-state discovery across Trust and Wealth applications and business processes
- Document and map T3K-based workflows, identifying gaps and changes required for SWP
- Define target-state business and functional requirements in collaboration with stakeholders
- Assess application, integration, reporting, and data impacts of the platform migration
- Support downstream impact analysis across connected systems and processes
- Work with QE and development teams to define acceptance criteria and validate requirements
- Assist with cutover planning, migration requirements, and user acceptance testing
Required Skills & Experience
- 7 years of BA experience in Trust, Wealth Management, or Private Banking
- Hands-on knowledge of trust administration platforms — T3K (SEI Trust 3000) and/or SWP experience strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of fiduciary operations, trust accounting, and wealth management processes
- Experience working on core platform migration or modernization programs
- Ability to work across business and technology teams in a complex, multi-vendor environment
- Familiarity with SAFe Agile / PI planning preferred
Program Manager – Trust / Wealth Modernization
Location: On-site / Hybrid
Engagement Type: Program-based (T3K → SWP Migration)
Key Responsibilities
- Own the integrated side program plan across all modernization workstreams — integration, data, QE, BA, and application sunsetting
- Manage SEI dependencies, cross-team coordination, and third-party vendor relationships
- Drive governance cadences — steering committees, workstream leads, and executive reporting
- Lead migration readiness assessment, cutover planning, and go-live execution
- Maintain RAID log (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) and proactively manage blockers
- Serve as the primary point of accountability for program delivery on the FHN side
- Support change management and stakeholder engagement across business and technology teams
Required Skills & Experience
- 10 years of program/project management experience in financial services technology
- Direct experience managing Trust, Wealth Management, or Private Banking platform migrations
- Prior exposure to SEI Trust 3000 (T3K) and/or SEI Wealth Platform (SWP) strongly preferred
- Proven track record managing multi-year, multi-workstream programs in complex enterprise environments
- Strong understanding of SAFe Agile / PI planning methodology
- Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- PMP or equivalent certification preferred
