About the Position
As a Financial Planning Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our financial advisory practice. The ideal candidate will embody qualities such as honesty, hard work, ethics, and friendliness. We value individuals with a high level of integrity who seek challenges and strive for excellence. On-site attendance from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday is imperative.

This is a great opportunity for a talented individual who desires a team-based, fast-paced, professional environment. As Financial Planning Administrator, you will have the following responsibilities:

Primary Responsibilities

  • Communicate with clients and prospects to request and gather information and documents needed to prepare financial plans.
  • Follow up with clients and prospects regarding outstanding financial information and documentation.
  • Review, sort, and organize client financial documents
  • Identify missing or incomplete information and coordinate with clients and the financial planning team to obtain necessary details.
  • Accurately enter and update client financial information in the financial planning software.
  • Update existing financial plans as new client information is received or circumstances change.
  • Coordinate with advisors and administrative staff as needed throughout the financial planning process.
  • Handle sensitive client financial information with confidentiality.
  • Provide additional administrative and operational support to the Financial Planner and Financial Planning Department as needed.

  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating closely with a team.
  • High degree of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
