Job Title: Senior Product Management Trainer / Product Management Coach (AI)
Location: Fort Worth, TX (Hybrid)
Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Product Management Trainer / PM Coach to deliver product management training programs across multiple learner groups. The ideal candidate should have strong product management experience, excellent training and facilitation skills, and hands-on knowledge of AI-enabled product management practices.
Required Skills:
- 8 years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Lead, or Product Management Coach
- Strong experience delivering training, workshops, and facilitation
- Ability to explain complex product management concepts in a simple way
- Experience with:
- Product Discovery
- Problem Framing
- Prioritization
- Product Roadmaps
- OKRs
- Experimentation
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted product management tools for research, prototyping, analytics, and insights
- Excellent communication, presentation, storytelling, and facilitation skills
- Experience creating training materials, case studies, exercises, and instructional content
- Ability to manage learner records, assessments, and training documentation
- Experience working with multiple training batches (cohorts)
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging Product Management training programs
- Teach product management fundamentals using real-world examples
- Lead workshops, discussions, exercises, and simulations
- Create and update training materials and learning content
- Support learner progress through assessments and knowledge checks
- Ensure consistent learning experience across multiple training groups
- Teach AI-enabled product management practices, including:
- AI for product discovery and research
- AI-assisted prioritization and roadmap planning
- AI opportunity and risk evaluation
- Responsible AI usage in product management
- Maintain learner attendance, completion records, and assessment results
