Haller Wealth Management Group is a local family owned business looking to expand our small team. We are looking for a wealth management assistant to aid our Wealth Advisor, clients with investments, and other financial endeavors. Your responsibilities will include client relations and handling queries.
To be successful as a wealth management assistant, you should have great product and investment knowledge and an understanding of complex financial information. Ultimately, a top-notch wealth management assistant should cultivate client relationships and have excellent attention to detail. Knowledge of Wealthbox CRM, ClientWorks or other LPL systems is a plus. We will train the right applicant.

Wealth Management Assistant Responsibilities:
- Managing relationships with clients on behalf of the wealth advisor.
- Providing support on products and services to the wealth advisor and our clients.
- Resolving the issues and concerns of clients with input from the wealth advisor.
- Completing and submitting investment-related documents, including applications and withdrawal forms.
- Performing day-to-day administrative tasks, such as responding to client emails and requests.
- As appropriate, and if properly licensed, may input financial data, paperwork, trades, and/or deliver policies to clients.
Wealth Management Assistant Requirements:
- Analytical thinking skills.
- Ability to grasp and interpret complex financial and investment-related information.
- Extensive knowledge of financial investment, tax, and financial planning.
- Strong mathematical skills.
- Self-motivated and confident with strong work ethics.
- Knowledge of Excel, Wealthbox CRM or LPL related systems is a plus.
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to pass a background check upon hire.
