Haller Wealth Management Group is a local family owned firm seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Operations and Client Service Assistant to join our growing team. This role is focused on back-office operations, client service, and administrative support within our wealth management practice.
We are looking for someone who enjoys organization, paperwork processing, and helping clients through administrative financial processes. This position supports our Wealth Advisor by managing documentation, maintaining client records, and assisting with day-to-day operational tasks.

Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Wealth Advisor.
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation within our CRM and custodial systems.
- Process and track investment-related paperwork including account applications, transfers, and withdrawal requests.
- Performing day-to-day administrative tasks, such as responding to client emails, calls, and requests in a timely manner.
- Ensure forms and documents are completed accurately and comply with firm and regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to understand and follow financial documentation and procedures.
- Comfortable working with paperwork, forms, and internal systems.
- Strong communication and client service skills.
- Ability to manage tasks independently and follow processes accurately.
- Familiarity with Wealthbox CRM, ClientWorks, or LPL systems is a plus, but not required.
Experience:
- Customer service or administrative experience : 2 years preferred but not required.
- Experience working with financial paperwork, banking, insurance, or financial services operations is helpful but not required.
Additional Information:
This position is primarily administrative and operational, supporting client service and account processing rather than investment advising or sales.
