What You'll Do
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems
- Work on heat pumps, furnaces (gas & oil), boilers, ductless systems, geothermal, and more
- Build trust with homeowners through clear communication and professional service
- Identify issues early to prevent costly breakdowns
- Work independently in the field with full support from our team
- Provide guidance and share expertise with junior technicians
- 5 years of Residential HVAC Service experience
- Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
- CFC Certification (Type I & II; Universal preferred)
- Strong troubleshooting and repair skills
- Comfortable using an iPad and digital service tools
- Professional customer communication skills
- Strong pride in workmanship and attention to detail
- $30-$35/hr DOE
- Commission, spiffs, and daily overtime pay
