Position Overview:
We’re seeking a friendly, organized, and proactive Customer Service Representative & Dispatcher to be the voice and heartbeat of our operations. This dual-role position is responsible for managing incoming customer inquiries, scheduling service appointments, and coordinating technician dispatches to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls, emails, and messages with professionalism and empathy
- Schedule service appointments and installations based on customer needs and technician availability
- Dispatch technicians efficiently, optimizing routes and response times
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service requests, and job details
- Provide product and service information, troubleshoot basic issues, and resolve customer concerns
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback
- Collaborate with technicians and management to resolve scheduling conflicts or urgent service needs
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred)
- 1 year experience in customer service, dispatching, or administrative support
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency with scheduling software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office
- Ability to remain calm and professional in fast-paced or high-pressure situations
