WHAT THIS ENTRY-LEVEL DISPATCHING ROLE ENTAILS
You'll work a Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM schedule.
As an entry-level HVAC Dispatcher, you will be the heartbeat of our operations. Every day, you will evaluate customer calls and expertly match the right technician to each job, ensuring we meet our high standards of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. You'll prioritize the most urgent calls, ensuring that emergencies are handled swiftly. Your communication skills will be crucial as you relay detailed and accurate information to our technicians, providing them with everything they need to deliver top-notch service. You'll keep meticulous records of service calls and report on them, ensuring transparency and accuracy. Through continuous participation in training, you'll grow and develop as a professional, staying updated on the latest in HVAC dispatching. Throughout the day, you'll update customers on their technician's progress, providing reassurance and excellent customer service. Your dispatching role will be vital in ensuring every job runs smoothly from start to finish! Here's what you need:
- Excellent phone skills
- Ability to use a computer
- Ability to quickly learn our intricate software system
- Previous experience as a customer service representative would be a plus
