· Spot and pursue new opportunities through research on prospective clients, industries, and market trends.
· Track activity and performance metrics to measure impact, refine strategy, and demonstrate return on investment (ROI) in the role.

· Update Firm client cultivation activities and metrics using Firm Client Relationship Management (CRM) software.
· Participate in the development and execution of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and proposals. Provide feedback to the Chief Marketing Officer to ensure collateral and marketing messages are properly targeted.
· You will be most successful in this role if you excel at opening doors, building trusted relationships, and turning momentum into long-term client and referral growth.
