Tour Guide – Hali'imaile Distilling Co.
Hali'imaile Distilling Co. is looking for an enthusiastic and engaging tour guide to join our team! If you love sharing stories, meeting new people, and have a passion for locally crafted spirits, this is the perfect opportunity.
As a tour guide, you'll greet guests, share the rich history of Hali'imaile Distilling Co., and walk them through our unique process of transforming pineapples into premium spirits. You'll also lead guided tastings, creating a fun, educational, and memorable experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and informative tours about our distilling process and products.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable guest experience.
- Assist with bottle and retail sales.
- Maintain a friendly, professional, and energetic presence.
- Support daily operations and perform additional tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Maui County Liquor Card (preferred).
- Strong communication skills with a passion for storytelling.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Availability for weekends and holidays as needed.
Benefits & Compensation:
- Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour tips.
- Full-time & part-time positions available (30-40 hours per week).
