We are seeking a Project Manager to manage project documentation, support project engineers, coordinate with contractors, and ensure compliance with project requirements.
Responsibilities
- Manage the flow of documents between internal and external partners, ensuring project documentation is processed on time.
- Review and interpret construction plans and specifications to ensure compliance with codes and regulations.
- Create and maintain project schedules, including tracking milestones and deadlines.
- Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and identify issues or concerns.
- Act as a liaison between the Superintendent and subcontractors.
- Monitor and track project costs, including change orders, and prepare project financial reports.
- Collaborate with project team members, including owners, engineers, and subcontractors, to ensure project success.
- Provide technical support to project team members as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or strong work history a plus.
- Knowledge of Primavera scheduling.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Computer proficiency.
- Troubleshooting skills.
- Strong time management.
