Duties

- Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring memorable experiences for all visitors
- Implement revenue management strategies to maximize occupancy rates and profitability through pricing adjustments and promotional initiatives
- Coordinate human resources activities including hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and compliance with employment laws
- Oversee budgeting processes, monitor expenses, and ensure financial targets are met or exceeded
- Maintain high standards of customer service by establishing protocols for phone etiquette, front desk procedures, multi-line phone systems, and guest interactions
- Conduct self- audits to verify operational and brand standards are compliant
- Develop and enforce policies related to hospitality standards, safety protocols, and guest services
Skills
- Proven experience in hotel management or hospitality leadership roles with supervising responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of revenue management techniques and budgeting practices within the hospitality industry
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests and staff members
