Part-time Certified Nursing Assistant Intructor (CNA) (POOL)

The Part-time Certified Nursing Assistant Instructor will teach CNA I students in class room and clinical settings. The instructor will follow the state curriculum and Halifax Community College Policies and Procedures. Weldon campus will be the site for the classes. Approved clinical will be held in Halifax County. Will not exceed 25 hours per week.

• Must be a Registered Nurse with an unencumbered license, and (2) years of experience as a Registered Nurse.
• Must have a licensed to practice in North Carolina.
• Must have one of the following:
• Completion of a course in teaching adults, experience in teaching adults, and/or have experience in supervising Nurse Aides.
• Must have a flexible schedule to work afternoon or evening classes.
