Halff has an immediate opening for a Survey Technician with 1 years of experience as a Survey Technician to work in our Fort Worth, TX office. What You Will Do
- Organizing survey research for field to include deeds, plats, and easements.
- Reducing field observations.
- Preparing data for drafting.
- Preparing legal descriptions.
- Assisting the RPLS by preparing Survey Reports.
- Preparing COGO calculations.
- Assisting the RPLS with the Boundary Analysis.
- 1-3 years of experience as a Survey Technician.
- Experience in producing survey maps and plats.
- Experience in preparing legal descriptions.
- AutoCAD Civil 3D experience.
- SIT or CST I, II, or III certification is desired, but not required.
- Previous field experience as a surveyor is a plus.
- TxDOT, Electrical or Land Development survey technician experience is a plus.
- Experience with MicroStation Open Roads Design is a plus.
- Experience with Trimble Business Center.
- High level of education is a plus (Associate's degree in Land Survey or Bachelor's degree in Land Survey and/or Geospatial Sciences).
- Highly qualified staff with land surveying and remote-sensing experience.
- Full array of surveying and mapping services using the most current national, state, local and ALTA/ACSM standards.
